By accessing the Site or purchasing the Course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Axis One Method is a digital golf-instruction course consisting of video modules, supporting resources, and, for an initial 60-day period, personal swing-video feedback. The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Course is sold for a one-time payment. Prices are shown on the Site and processed securely by Stripe. Promotional codes (such as launch discounts) are valid only as described and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. After a successful purchase, you receive access to the Course as described at the point of sale.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or publicly post the Course content. All Course content and materials remain our intellectual property.
Golf performance depends on many factors, including individual effort, practice, physical ability, and consistency. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score improvement, or result from using the Course. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
The Course involves physical movement. You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You participate at your own risk.
Purchases are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Site and Course are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keding Golf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
Keding Golf and the Axis One Method are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA, the PGA Tour, TikTok, or any other organization mentioned on the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
