These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of axisonegolf.com (the "Site") and everything we offer through it, offered by Keding Golf ("we," "us," or "our"). That includes the book Golf's Great Lie (the "Book"), the Axis One membership (the "Membership"), and the Axis One Method course (the "Course"), which is no longer sold. By using the Site, downloading the Book, or joining the Membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Golf's Great Lie is a digital book we provide free of charge in exchange for your email address. It is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We may email you about our work; every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not remove your access to the Book.
The Axis One membership is a recurring subscription. It is sold, billed, and administered by Patreon, not by us. Your payment relationship, your billing dates, your cancellation, and any refund of a membership charge are governed by Patreon's own terms and handled through your Patreon account. We provide the instruction, the videos, and the posts inside it; Patreon provides the platform and takes the payment. You can cancel at any time in Patreon, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Membership content is instruction, plus documentation of our own practice and competition. We do not promise any particular posting schedule, any particular result on the course, or any particular competitive outcome.
The Axis One Method is a digital golf-instruction course consisting of video modules and supporting resources, provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is no longer offered for sale. If you purchased it, your access continues and the terms you bought under, including the refund rights described below, still apply to that purchase.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Book, the Membership content, and the Course for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, redistribute, or publicly post any of it. All content and materials remain our intellectual property.
Golf performance depends on many factors, including individual effort, practice, physical ability, and consistency. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score improvement, or result from using the Course. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
The Course involves physical movement. You are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You participate at your own risk.
Course purchases are covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Book is free, so nothing is charged and nothing is refunded. Membership charges are refunded, if at all, by Patreon under Patreon's refund policy, because Patreon takes the payment.
The Site, the Book, the Membership, and the Course are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keding Golf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, the Book, the Membership, or the Course. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Keding Golf and the Axis One Method are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the PGA, the PGA Tour, the USGA, Patreon, TikTok, or any other organization mentioned on the Site. Any reference to a championship, a qualifier, or an eligibility standard describes a goal we are pursuing, not a status we hold or an affiliation we claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
