We want you to be confident in your purchase of the Axis One Method. If you are not satisfied with the Course for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
Email us at shawn@axisonegolf.com from the email address used for your purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your name and order details so we can locate your purchase. You do not need to explain why, though feedback is always welcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once processed on our end, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund requests made more than 60 days after purchase fall outside this guarantee. If you have an issue with your purchase after that window, please still reach out and we will do our best to help.
